  • You can easily book our services through our online booking portal. First, you'll need to create a login, then select the services you need, choose a date and time, and follow the prompts to complete your booking. You can always email us with any questions or concerns.

  • We accept payments via credit card or eTransfer. Payment is required before you can download the media from our portal. Once the payment is processed, you'll have full access to your photos, videos, or other media files.

  • HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography captures a wider range of light, resulting in bright, vibrant images that showcase your property's details more effectively. This technique is particularly beneficial for real estate, as it enhances the visual appeal of interiors and exteriors.

  • We primarily serve real estate clients in Simcoe County and Muskoka, but we're open to traveling to surrounding areas based on your project needs.

  • On the day of the booking, we require that the property is fully prepared for the shoot. This means the home should be clean, tidy, and organized with no clutter in sight. Additionally, it’s best if the homeowner is not present during the shoot.

    A clean and well-organized space allows us to capture the property at its best, ensuring high-quality images that appeal to potential buyers. When the homeowner isn’t present, it allows our photographer to work more efficiently and focus on capturing the perfect shots. This is also beneficial for the realtor, as it avoids interruptions and ensures the property is portrayed in the most professional way possible.
